Track Campers and Staff, Cabins, Bunks, and Groups. Add custom fields to the database for unique information, such as Division, Unit, Department, or Cabin Group. Activities
Easily copy and paste your existing activities. Add custom fields for grouping and sorting purposes. Set desired minimum and maximum capacity, as well as ideal capacity for each activity. Optionally require campers to have skills or pre-requisites in order to participate in an activity. Add Zones and restrict activities in one Zone from being scheduled before or after other activities for time constraints, like changing clothes for swimming, distance for smaller legs, or other reasons. Color code activities to make it easier to identify types of activities at a glance.
Camps, Sessions and Periods
Create multiple instances of Camps, Sessions, and Periods to match your current operations. Period length can range from 15 minutes to an hour or more, and periods can even overlap each other. Allow A/B scheduling, and schedule individual campers or groups at the same time. Offer longer activities (Field Trips, Golf, Horseback Riding, etc.) to cover multiple periods.
Encourage Electives and Clubs
Offer campers their choice of activities. Import request preferences from your registration software, a Google/Excel sheet, or capture the requests from paper forms at camp. Analyze group or individual camper requests and optimize which activities to offer for each session or period. Schedule (or unschedule) groups based on custom filters. Manually override capacity or skill controls when needed. Check for campers with missing periods and see available activities for each period.
