Our History

Founder and CEO Jon Biedermann arrives at his first year at summer camp as a counselor.  It changes his life and he would go on to come back for 8 more consecutive summers.

Pro Scheduler is born, along with the very first website, Pro-Scheduler.com.  Tested and used during the last part of the summer 1995, Pro-Scheduler is used for the entire camp scheduling process in 1996.

Pro Scheduler is updated to Windows XP. Customers can add custom fields to both campers and activities.  At the same time, Jon created DonorPerfect Online, a SaaS based donor CRM management solution used by more than 50,000 nonprofit organizations.

After 20 years of use, Pro-Scheduler is updated again, and renamed Pro-Scheduler Phoenix.  It now works with the latest 32 bit versions of Windows, and processed it’s 250,000th camper request.

Pro-Scheduler is updated again for the latest version of 64 bit Windows.  Entry screens are optimized for efficient and even faster data entry.  Reports are added, and customers can edit and create their own reports.  Renamed Camp Scheduling Pro, a new website and marketing campaign is launched, and the software crosses the half a million camper request mark!
